Position SummaryWe are looking for a self-driven Account Manager to join our website development team. The Web Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships of new and existing clients during the development process of new websites and projects. In this role, you will also work with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales) to improve the experience for our clients.
What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact between the client and our multiple internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives
  • Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed on timelines, the website development process and progression of projects
  • Provide clients with organized list of content needed for new website build outs and projects
  • Regularly perform tutorials and trainings of our CMS to clients
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that they are happy with the services provided
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients
    What you will need to bring: - - - - - - -Work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role - - - - - - -Desire to build relationships - - - - - - -Ability to be an independent self-starter - - - - - - -Strong organization - - - - - - -Critical thinking/Problem solving - - - - - - -Ability to prioritize - - - - - - -Motivation for teamwork & collaboration - - - - - - -Ability to multitask and work on multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail - - - - - - -Excellent listening and presentation abilities - - - - - - -Strong verbal and written communication skills
    What will set you apart: - - - - - - -Knowledge of CRM software (such as Hubspot or SalesForce) - - - - - - -Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager - - - - - - -Experience with Monday.com and G-Suite Applications - - - - - - -Basic understanding of graphic design and website design principles
