Position OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for providing on going oversight to ensure program consistency and success and ensuring client satisfaction through management of assigned programs and projects. The Program Manager will lead and supervise a project through completion, outlining the project goals while acting as a liaison between the Client and ITRenew cross-functional departments.Job Responsibilities and/or Success FactorsMonitor revenue, profitability, and health of the Program. Develop best practices to improve performance.Understand and interpret Client MSA and Statement of Work instructions and effectively communicate Program requirements to all applicable business teams.Work with Management, Operational, Financial, and IT teams to support business program execution to meet timelines and milestones and ensure client satisfaction across the entire program.Develop and maintain program documentation needed for managing the program internally and externally.Onboard new clients and lead all implementation meetings.Prepare Business Review presentations and drive Review discussion.Managing risks, issues and performing root cause analysis to resolve and report corrective actions.Organize program trainings and maintain training materials, internally and externally.Create settlement reports and provide to Finance team on monthly basis.Identify and implement process improvements to minimize manual procedures, while increasing efficiency and accuracy.Utilization of Salesforce to manage Client contact records and track project opportunities.Coordinate and/or collaborate with the logistics team with scheduling onsite jobs/pickups with service providers and subcontractors.Support all Client incoming communication and respond promptly and accurately.Prioritize own tasks and goals relating to short-term initiatives.Follow and enforce company policies and regulations.Other duties as assigned.Education and QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred Excellent problem-solving ability. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and create detailed project plans. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to all levels of the organization. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
