people and training skill with management experience to work on a
3rd shift production team. Prior production experience is not
necessary, but greatly appreciated. Responsibilities will be
managing staff for performance and productivity, ensuring shift
coverage, ensure timekeeping, training and staff supervision,
follow up and notation of coaching, development, productivity, and
