Responsibilities
Summary of Position:

The Manager, Total Rewards will lead the development, implementation and administration of the organizations Total Rewards strategy, including programs, policies, and procedures related to payroll, compensation, well-being, benefits, and recognition.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the organization's strategy by implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation policies and initiatives.
Manages compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis.
Oversees benefits functions, including life, health and disability insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off.
Manages payroll processing operations that ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and confirm to the org's compensation strategy.
Provides leadership, guidance and direction for Total Rewards team.
Manages profit-sharing, long and short-term incentive programs, commissions and bonus programs.
Ensures that project and department milestones and goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.
General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

The median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $115,000.00 [annualized], subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications and operational considerations.
This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company's sole discretion.
This position will be eligible for company benefits in accordance with Company policy. We offer a competitive total rewards package including medical, dental and vision coverage along with a broad range of supplemental benefits including 401k Retirement Plan, prepaid legal assistance, and more. We also offer paid time off for vacation, sickness, holiday, and bereavement. We are pleased to be able to provide 100% company paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, HR or Business-related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience within Total Rewards.
3 years of supervisory experience within Total Rewards.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (i.e. compensation, performance reviews, counseling notices, promotions, etc.).
Well-rounded knowledge of salary best practices and legal limitations regarding EEO, ADA, FMLA, LOA, etc. in a variety of states.
Strong influencing and coaching skills.
Experience with a variety of HR Information Systems.
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment.
Team player with strong work ethic.
Interacts well with co-workers, executives, vendors, and other business contacts.
Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. - Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 25 pounds. - Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. - Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages. - Standing is required for filing and copying.
