    The position requires a breadth of technical experience across multiple programs and products, both electrical and mechanical, working directly with suppliers daily, influencing/working closely with the sourcing commodity leadership teams, Quality and NPD. The successful candidate should be able to communicate with senior management effectively, have a big-picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.

    • Drive critical decisions in deployment of production processes
    • Deploy new production equipment
    • Responsible for qualification and release products into production
    • Support in the planning and execution of project plans and design reviews; involvement in production release of modified or new product documentation
    • Develop processes and procedures achieve critical quality certifications
    • Support the manufacturing of complex parts and sub-assemblies by providing technical expertise and support for the factory
    • Review manufacturing processes to ensure they will yield parts compliant with engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Create and participate in PFMEA activities, Work Instruction Deployment, and Control Plan Deployment

      Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
      • 8+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or Manufacturing Engineering experience
      • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
      • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.--
      • Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.--
      • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.--
      • Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.--

        WE VALUE

        • Able to read technical drawings and documentation (Electronics)
        • Knowledge of using Six sigma/quality Tools and APQP (PFMEA, Control plan, SPC MSA, etc.)
        • Pick and place machine programming experience
        • Defining parameters and programming screen printers
        • AOI/AXI Experience
        • Knowledge of conformal coating process
        • Experience with modern circuit card production equipment
