Job Description:
INTERNSHIP | OVERLAND PARK, KS Coaching Internship Program 12
Weeks • BridgeFit Personal Training • Adults 40 Most internships
have you cleaning equipment and watching from the corner. This one
isn’t that. If you’re serious about becoming a professional coach —
not just someone who runs sessions — this 12-week program is built
for you. You’ll work with real clients, get real feedback, and
develop the skills that actually matter in a coaching career. We
coach adults 40, which means communication, attention to detail,
and professionalism matter just as much as exercise knowledge.
You’ll be held to a high standard here — and that’s exactly the
point. BridgeFit has been voted Best Personal Training in Johnson
County three years in a row. Most of our coaching staff came
through this program. Strong performance may lead to part-time or
full-time employment. Hiring is based on performance, growth, and
current staffing needs — not guaranteed, but it’s happened more
often than not. What You Can Expect A structured 12-week curriculum
— not just shadowing, but actual skill development Hands-on
