Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist opportunity is available to provide comprehensive
psychological services for students across multiple grade levels,
including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12).
This contracted role is based in Olathe, KS, and involves working
within a school setting to support student mental health and
learning needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological
evaluations and assessments for students to identify learning,
behavioral, and emotional challenges. - Collaborate with teachers,
administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs). - Provide counseling and intervention
services to support students social-emotional development. -
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to
problem-solving strategies. - Assist in crisis intervention and
support efforts to create a positive school climate.
Qualifications: - Valid School Psychologist certification or
licensure. - Experience working with students in grades K-12,
including elementary, middle, and high school. - Strong knowledge
of psychological assessment tools and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to
manage caseload effectively and maintain detailed documentation.
