active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
licensed Missouri Physical Therapist working part-time within a
K-12 school setting, supporting a caseload of approximately 7
students. The position involves providing physical therapy services
to students requiring assistance to succeed in their educational
environment. This role offers a flexible schedule of 6-8 hours per
week during the school year on a contract basis. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized physical therapy
treatment and support to students in compliance with their
educational and therapeutic goals. - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy
plans within the school environment. - Monitor and document student
progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. - Participate in
meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of
Missouri. - Experience working within school-based or healthcare
settings preferred. - Ability to manage a caseload of approximately
7 students. - Strong communication skills and ability to
collaborate effectively with education professionals and families.
