as bench strength 35 - 40 patients per 24-hour period for
hospitalist team No on-call or call-back requirements Night shift
admissions 0 - 11 maximum trending down Minimum 2 years hospitalist
experience required Intubations, central lines, vent management
preferred Bench strength position for coverage as needs arise We
