Job Description Job Description Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees. Olshan Foundation Repair has been around since 1933! We are the premier Foundation Repair experts and enjoy helping families with their home foundation repair needs. Construction Crew Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress Safely operate company equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Requirements: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction Previous foundation repair experience a Plus Customer Service Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Benefits: Bonuses Career growth opportunities Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays) Medical insurance 401K & Roth Tuition reimbursement Experience and License Requirements: Construction Leadership/supervisory Working outdoors Driver's License
