Job Description Job Description We're looking for a courteous,
detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a
five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the
property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to
make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Candidates for
this position must be active, imaginative, and consistent in their

Responsibilities: Complete all work orders and fix maintenance
problems promptly Create an available channel of communication
between you and other staff, including managers and department
heads Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers,
indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional
equipment Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance
plans Qualifications: This position requires occasional lifting up
to 50 lbs. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and
communication skills are necessary Driver’s license and clean
driving record is mandatory This position requires a high school
diploma or equivalent GED Applicants must have 2-4 years of
experience in maintenance Should have knowledge regarding plumbing,
electric, pool, paint and texture, and some general maintenance
