We welcome you to apply for a position where you can contribute to our goal of providing an extraordinary automotive experience to all of -our clients. -We set each member up for success by providing comprehensive, highly-specialized training for each position within our organization, complete with on-the-job training and ongoing personal development. - SUMAMRY: -Assist the Accounting Department with completing timely and accurate daily billing, tasks, and reconciliation of schedules. - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: -To include but are not limited to the following:

• 
  
• Must have accounting background for at least two years.
  
• Automotive knowledge of accounting a plus.
  
• Working knowledge of CDK or similar Dealership Management System a plus.
  
• Microsoft Excel and Office background is required.
  
• Accurate input of information, invoices, receipts, correspondence, spreadsheets and other documents. -
  
• Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, billing and -checks, to substantiate vehicle purchases.
  
• Performs variety of clerical duties including -scanning, researching, and data entry. -
  
• Review incoming documents for accuracy, determine discrepancies and request additional information as needed. -
  
• Abide by all policies and procedures of the organization. -
  
• Other duties as assigned. -
  QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: -Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure and use a 10 key calculator. - REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems in a calm manner and use prudent problem solving skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Accuracy is of the utmost importance. - OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: -Ability to deal effectively with the public and to present a professional and courteous attitude. Ability to use basic office machinery such as a computer, calculator, and scanner. - Must have positive, patient, cooperative, and pleasant attitude towards all. Customer Service skills that portray an attitude -of gratitude must be displayed at all times. -
