Job Description Job Description Treasury Analyst Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire | up to $90,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support day-to-day treasury operations and contribute to effective cash, liquidity, and financial risk management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization's financial stability, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in treasury or finance, is comfortable working with data, and has an established banking industry background. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity management · Execute and monitor treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, and intercompany transfers · Assist with bank account administration, signatory maintenance, and KYC documentation · Prepare treasury-related reports, analyses, and month-end reconciliations · Monitor compliance with treasury policies, controls, and regulatory requirements · Support foreign exchange (FX) exposure tracking and reporting, as applicable · Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and external banking partners to resolve discrepancies · Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to treasury-related inquiries · Contribute to treasury process improvements and system enhancements QUALIFICATIONS: · 2-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Banking · 5 years of years within the banking industry (REQUIRED) · Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) · Exposure to cash forecasting, FX, or debt management · Knowledge of banking products (ACH, wires, lockbox, RDC, merchant services) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools · Clear communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance partners Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Search managed by: Claire Grossman Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
