Kansas City, MO Hybrid: Flexible schedule; some staff come in 2 - 3
days a week Role Summary: Looking for a strong Tax Manager with
generalist type of background Compensation: Up to 150k base bonus

of Kansas City, MO with 5 offices scattered across the United
States. Top 50 ranked CPA firm with still family feel & culture to
back it up. We've been in business for 60 years and assist our
clients on both the Tax & Audit side. Role Responsibilities Manage
engagements/assignments in a consistently profitable manner
Supervision of client engagement/assignment procedures Demonstrate
technical competence in specialty expertise Provide valuable
feedback, coaching & direction to team members Expand services to
existing clients Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
in Accounting or Taxation CPA license 5 years of public accounting
experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary up to $150k
Bonus - annual discretionary up to 15% Profit Sharing - this is our

& Vision Insurance Generous PTO Reduced summer hours Hybrid
