Lenexa, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to
$60,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client
in Lenexa, KS who is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst. This
position is tasked with safeguarding process accuracy,
strengthening internal controls, and championing initiatives that
enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. In addition to
operational duties, this role also provides supplemental frontline
support, assisting with customer transactions and service needs
across multiple channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct detailed
reviews of operational workstreams and authorize sensitive
transaction types, such as electronic payments, wire transfers,
check processing items, and internal accounting entries. Handle
teller-related activities, including processing deposits,
withdrawals, and other routine customer transactions. Deliver
customer service via phone, email, and online messaging platforms,
ensuring timely and professional assistance. Offer in-person
support for customer inquiries, account-related questions, and
everyday banking needs. Complete daily reconciliation tasks and
address any mismatches, variances, or irregularities. Investigate
and resolve issues tied to deposit operations or transaction
research requests. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for
operational processes, updates, and procedural records. Support
audits and regulatory examinations by gathering information,
analyzing operational trends, and recommending improvements in
alignment with industry standards. QUALIFICATIONS: 4-6 years of
experience in financial operations or a comparable role within the
financial services sector, with preference for backgrounds
involving digital-first or challenger bank environments. Associate
degree in a business discipline, accounting, or equivalent relevant
professional experience preferred. Strong understanding of
operational risk concepts, control mechanisms, and regulatory
expectations. Demonstrated professionalism and interpersonal
skills, paired with strong analytical ability, attention to detail,
integrity, problem-solving capability, and collaborative work
style. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and
familiarity with core banking or operational systems. Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year Search managed by: Claire
