Responsibilities include:


Recruiter will be engaged in various administration processes that may include reviewing employment applications, filing, faxing, scanning, and operations/compliance, and equal opportunity/affirmative action plans.



Maintain and gather new hire paperwork, offer packets and orientation materials.



Facilitate the hiring process which includes offers, interviews, and communicates to clients and associates daily.



Conduct marketing strategies, networking, job fairs, high volume placements, social media activity,



Perform higher-level administrative duties such as applicant and employee communications, interview scheduling, pre-employment screening which consists of verification of drug-screening, background and deliver pre and post adverse actions.



Terminations, coaching, customer service, payroll, benefits, workers compensation and unemployment processing.



Requirements:


1-5 years experience in staffing, customer service, administration and/or HR experience.



This position requires a solid working knowledge of MS office applications.



The ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing work environment is critical for job success. This position requires efficiencies in multi tasking with a wide range of administrative job responsibilities.



The incumbent should be able to adjust to changing workflow procedures with a high degree of urgency.



Solid track record of high standards of performance; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks and the ability to meet multiple deadlines by prioritizing accordingly.



Demonstrated ability to handle several administrative tasks which require a high degree of attention to detail/quality of work and are monitored through standard compliance guidelines.



Excellent communication skills and maintaining confidentiality are critical requirements for success in the position.



BA in Business or related field is preferred.
