Job Description:
DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing
Specialist to join our National Accounts Facilities team in Olathe,
KS! This individual will perform high-volume billing functions and
administrative tasks. You must be comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment. Prefer a minimum of one (1) year office
experience and accounts payable/receivable experience.Position
Overview:Responsible for verifying and processing daily
invoicesCheck job tickets for description of work completed, extra
parts used on the job, and required paperworkProcesses billing
transactions in a timely and productive mannerEnsure all job labor
is costed and billed correctly on each job ticketAudit job costs to
assure costing is in line with the billed amountMeets production
goals and month end processing requirementsOther responsibilities
as assignedQualifications:Must have strong attention to detail and
customer service skillsNeed to be able to multi-task and work
efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentStrong Microsoft Office
and computer skillsOne (1) year office experienceAccounts Payable
