The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all ISO processes, ISMS and R2 standards working with different internal groups in gathering system requirements to ensure ITRenew process is aligned for Compliance and audit standards. Build a strong safety culture for the company and ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by country, local, state, and federal oversight, and agencies. The position will be responsible for the Compliance Management for Americas Region and Asia and will require traveling and traveling overseas. -Position must be performed in Olathe, KS, or Sterling, VA.Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

  • Can independently schedule and conduct quality audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, R2 and 27001), recording and maintenance of audit results, scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes, collecting and assisting in analysis of data, supporting and explaining quality initiatives to projects and organizational groups, assisting with trainings, etc.
  • Executing ISO process and statistical data analysis.
  • Must be able to drive and lead projects / programs to a successful implementation, on time, scope and on budget.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify additional areas requiring support
  • Present project evaluations and assessments of results to Executive team
  • Maintain the Legal Compliance Deadlines and regulatory requirements (County, state and federal) across the Compliance group.
  • Recording and maintenance of audit results
  • Assisting in implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee and manage the development and implementation of the Audit Group.
  • Manage the communications with external stakeholders / vendors for Audits.
  • Oversee the development of the Compliance Trainings provided to the team.
  • Ensuring all documentation is standardized, updated and correct versions
  • Maintaining the organizational Process Asset Library
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Define the overall project and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes and elicit, define, and analyze business requirements
  • Ensure the deliverables are aligned across projects in the program
  • Manage and utilize resources across projects
  • Manage stakeholder communications
  • Create schedules and project timelines
  • Track deliverables, risks and assess project status to completion
  • Implement and manage change of scope to meet project outputs
  • Create executive level presentations representing the overall project(s) progress
  • Collecting and assisting in analysis of project and organizational metrics and data
  • Supporting and explaining quality initiatives to projects and organizational groupsEducation and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in, Environmental Management / Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene / Safety, Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field, preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years related experience in Compliance Management
    • ISO Lead auditor Certification - ISO 9001 and 27001.
    • ISO lead auditor experienced or working experience for ISO 14001 and 45001
    • Strong Communication and technical capabilities.
    • Knowledge and experience with the ISO Standards
